A good glucose score depends on the type of test and your health condition. Here are general guidelines:

  • Fasting Blood Sugar Test:

    • Normal: 70–99 mg/dL
    • Prediabetes: 100–125 mg/dL
    • Diabetes: 126 mg/dL or higher
  • A1C Test (Average Blood Sugar Over 3 Months):

    • Normal: Below 5.7%
    • Prediabetes: 5.7% to 6.4%
    • Diabetes: 6.5% or higher
  • Random Blood Sugar Test:

    • Normal: Less than 140 mg/dL
    • Prediabetes/Diabetes: 200 mg/dL or higher (with symptoms)

Always consult your healthcare provider to interpret your results and determine your target range based on your medical history.
