Prediabetes often does not show clear symptoms, which is why it can go unnoticed. However, some people may experience subtle signs such as:

  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision

Since these symptoms can be mild or absent, it's important to get regular check-ups, especially if you have risk factors like being overweight, having a family history of diabetes, or being physically inactive. The A1C test is a common way to diagnose prediabetes, with results between 5.7% and 6.4% indicating prediabetes.
