Prediabetes often has no clear symptoms, but some people may experience:

  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision

However, many individuals with prediabetes do not notice any symptoms, which is why regular screening is important, especially if you have risk factors such as being overweight, having a family history of diabetes, or being over 45 years old.

If you suspect you might have prediabetes, consult your healthcare provider for a blood test, such as the A1C test, to confirm your blood sugar levels.
