Normal non-fasting blood sugar levels can vary depending on when you last ate. Here are general guidelines:

  • 1-2 hours after eating: Less than 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L)
  • 2+ hours after eating: Less than 100-120 mg/dL (5.6-6.7 mmol/L)

These values are for individuals without diabetes. If you have diabetes, your target range may differ, and you should follow your healthcare provider's recommendations.

Time After Eating Normal Blood Sugar Level (mg/dL)

1-2 hours < 140
2+ hours 100-120

If you consistently experience higher levels, consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
