Prediabetes often has no clear symptoms, but some people may experience:

  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision

Most people with prediabetes are unaware of their condition until they undergo a blood test. Regular screening is recommended, especially if you have risk factors such as being overweight, having a family history of diabetes, or being over 45 years old.

If you suspect you have prediabetes, consult your healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and management plan.
