Prediabetes is diagnosed based on the following blood sugar levels:
- A1C Test: 5.7% to 6.4%
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS): 100 to 125 mg/dL
- Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT): 140 to 199 mg/dL
